Shipping information
 

* All shipments will be made within the week the order was placed. If any delay does occur we will notify you as soon as possible via the information you have provided.

 

* Shipping charges are displayed in your shopping cart when you click "Checkout". Please verify that your shipping address and other information is correct before complete the order.

 

* Item will be shipped to the address you have listed in your account settings. If you need to have it shipped to another address please change your account information BEFORE you place an order.

 

* US orders larger than 2 full-size dolls need to ship FedEx Ground. Priority Mail rates do not reflect the dimensional-weight billing triggered by large boxes. 

 

* All shipping costs include insurance and tracking. You will receive the tracking number after it is shipped. 

 

* International customers are welcome but may want to choose Express Mail International (EMS) because of extremely long customs & delivery delays with Priority Mail. All fees charged by your country (Import Taxes / Customs Duties) are your responsibility to pay. Insurance for up to $200 and tracking are included in this. You will receive your package within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.
